So I'm guessing the difference between 40 shore and 60 shore(mentioned the op) is the stiffness?

Any update on the new TFA helm? Also, will the leathers come already attached to the TWS helm? or as a kit? Can I get the strap set up alone without the TWS helm? (might want to use the open ear strap set up on an older TFA helm I have) Thanks

Hey guys, first I wanna say sorry for taking more time than I said...there were some complications (always are)...plus being sick didn't help. Anyway I should be back on track and I will update with pictures soon.

Thanks and yes its just stiffness, so a 60 shore helmet wouldn't stretch as much, and would be hard for someone with a larger head to got on..

The TFA helmet will be at least a week behind the WS, and leathers for either helmet..if I can get them done...will come as a kit. Unless I'm doing the finishing..which will mean I will glue it all together.

Same size as mine with a 60 shore helmet it should be ok..you can always glue some flex foam in, the thin 1/16" stuff, layer at a time until you get the fit you want.. but probably 1-2 layers in certain areas.

You would need to let me know and when I take deposits for leathers you would need to be in on that.. but yes. It will come with the leather bits together, webbing might be separate, the chin cup, triangles and the "buckle" will be separate too... this is my plan anyway.

Bump for some interest. Texture is going well now. The extra bits are set up for molding. So I'll be doing those today. Joyfully the 2nd part tonight sometime.

I may do another run..or keep it open after this.. But I doubt the leathers will be offered after the initial run.. you need numbers to get leather to be affordable.

Ok so the helmet is under silicon. Will be making the mold jacket tonight.. Hope to have a pull late evening...or tomorrow morning.

The buckle, triangles, chin cup and A are all molded... will update with pics later today
