BigG, Do you have a rough estimate for what the ws will cost with the leather work/webbing or is that still dependant on what you find?

So hey, I could be wrong, but I was looking at the New TFA Comic con pics and to me it looks like the buckle is actually a type of hook and loop setup. I don't know if this was brought up, but it looks like it could be similar in design to something like this:Metal Shoe Buckles for Hiking Boots and Shoes, Available in Various Sizes on Global Sources

Oh duh, yeah just realized that that's what the coat buckles were. I didn't look close enough at them. I thought they were just regular buckles on the coat.
well I think the the leather and webbing would be close to what the old TFA cost which was $125 but this one has a giant buckle and the triangle pieces on it..which have to be cast.. so a longer more involved process.. so still working on a good way to do this and make it at a decent price point. Not sure that helped
On the list.. Are you interested in the leather/buckle/webbing as well? (if that happens?)
Yep if you look 2 pages back it was brought up and I have something going for that too..since that search turned out about as well as the WS helmet buckle...

umm nope.. but these "buckles" will probably end up being printed and cast as well like the WS helmet buckle

OK still working on that part, WS buckle and triangles are printed and getting mailed ot me right now.

I will do a bit more work to both helmets then start asking for deposits to see which helmet will make it to the molding stage.. they are getting close to done

Thanks. The options would be raw cast with or without leather. And for prices, right now I'm going with what I wrote in the first post. We are talking with some guys to do the leather work. But I would need a count and deposits before I just make a bunch up.
