Looks awesome! Is the carbon fiber look applied later as a material, or do you tool in the pattern?

I'd definitely be interested in a whole completed set with the chin straps.

cool... i didn't think the new helmet used leather though.. looks more like a nylon fabric. Also, printing and molding seems harder than doing the actual leather/nylon straps... yes/no? Can't wait though, looks awesome!

It almost looks like the helmet has a liner that extends down in front of the ears and then has nylon straps connected to the liner.

Yep - I do think that the liner looks like leather as well.

BG, if only one ends up being made I'll likely be in for it (right now I'm on your TFA list).

Is the WS texture cloth on the hero helmet? It almost looks like denim or corduroy with those ridges.

Thanks but I need at least 10 people on the TFA helmet and 15 people on the WS helmet to make these happen.

It looks like a type of cloth/fabric material, I will be doing the whole helmet in rubber, so there will be no extra cloth to glue on or anything.

So how close are you the WS list?

It's not the list I'm worried about. I need that many deposits. It costs to get these modeled in 3D, print them, time and money to master and mold as well. I need to at least break even on costs

So how close are you the WS list?
