What do you paint your foam with? A sealer?
does your disks rest on the holder on your back or do you have some way to attach them onto it so it does not come off while walking?

I think the rubber is EVA foam since that's what most companies use for "flip-flops" for yanks "thongs" for us Aussies.

I've used L-200 alot, and it comes in different thicknesses, and even black (which ends up looking like a very dark grey). It's great stuff. I'll be doing this very same technique for my daughter's suit. Very, very nice work!
