I got mine from eBay.70 bucks shipped.
Hi djm009! I'm afraid I don't have any particular advice for you other than "keep your eyes peeled" and maybe put a Want to Buy thread in the Classified section of the forum. I've got a soft spot for the DP Deluxe Vader and have owned several -- in fact the one in the picture is the helmet that I rebuilt/modified back in 2008 (!!!!):

I've got a running search for them on eBay as well as I've tried to document as many of them over the years as I can. If you manage to snag one please post pictures!

You found a Don Post Deluxe Vader for $70??? I thought I'd done well snagging one for $350!
I am mistaken,I thought he meant the reg deluxe Vader helmet from rubies. I got that one for 70 bucks. Not the don post deluxe.
