Hi guys, I need some help.
Does anyone here know Fan Universe Creations or revolutiondesignfx? Or are they a part of The RPF?
The reason I ask is because I have been waiting on items for a long time now and I'm really worried I've been ripped off. I purchased a Dark Knight cowl, neck armour and cape from Fan Universe Creations nearly 7 months ago and have received nothing. After multiple emails I have only ever received 3 replies full of excuses and seemingly empty promises.
So I then purchased another Dark Knight cowl and neck armour from revolutiondesignfx through eBay about a month or so ago and I'm having the same problem. They issued me with a non-paying bidder warning after only 2 days so I paid immediately upon receiving that warning. However, I've received no cowl in the mail. I contacted them about 10 days after payment and they said eBay had messed up their system and that my item will be shipped soon. Well that was 3 weeks ago. Since then, no cowl and no answers to my emails. I find it a little insulting that they demand immediate payment yet drag their feet for a month when sending their product out.
Can anyone please help with some advice or info? Do you know these people? Have you or anyone else had the same experience? What should I do?
I'm not trying start any trouble or bad mouth anyone but I think I'm entitled to some answers.
