Have you thought about making one?
All you would need is:
Blue paint
Toothbrush (old)
Transfer paper
Printer
Iron
Grey shirt
Design the writing on the computer then print it out on the transfer paper, dip your toothbrush in the blue paint and then spray the shirt with little blue dots.
Cut out the design from the transfer paper and iron it on the shirt
