hi all,

i ordered some predator quills of ebay seller- holykrap- over 4 weeks ago and the guy isnt replying to my emails.

does anybody know them?

Im not too worried as they did reply to my email about 2 weeks ago saying that they had been sent but i still havent recieved anything and i have emailed them twice last week and got no response.

It could be that they had sent them and are now on holiday or something, but if anyone knows them, i would greatly apprieciate any additional contact info.

thanks

Rich

Don't know the guy.

Give it a little more time... and if you paid by PayPal, you could always file a claim if you haven't received by then. But hopefully they'll reply to your posts. Are you writing them through eBay or by regular e-mail?

Keep in mind that you only have a certain time period to file a dispute with PayPal. I'm not sure if it's 30 or 45 days from the time of payment.

You could always e-mail him one last time that you want a response or you'll have no choice but to file a claim with PayPal. That normally gets attention.

always through ebay

Okay, then that can't be the reason. Hope you get a reply.

45 days from payment to file a claim.

always through ebay, Id rather not file a claim but i did used paypal so i have that back-up

Don't run out of time..

If you don't get the items before the 45 days (or whatever the time period is) you might want to file the claim with eBay and with Paypal.

Some shippers will tell you it's in the mail just so you don't file the claim. By the time you realise it's not shipped, it's to late for the claim.

Good Luck..

Anyone got any more scoop on this guy? He's selling a Goonies doubloon that looks like a cheap resin recast of my original sculpt (there are a few tells in my master that are not on the original nor any other sculpt). I knew it was bound to happen, but it still irks the hell out of me...

Thanks,
Magnoli

Well... you could simply give him a neutral, as you DID receive your item.
I'm so tired of people being so afraid of leaving neg feedback, when they've been burned in some way or another... not only does it hurt themself, but it also hurts all the other bidders who don't get that warning they deserve.
Who cares about a little scratch in the fender and a perfect zero neg feedback rate? You always have the option to comment on feedback left, to set the record straight of why the ba**ard left you neg.
Be a man... and risk the burn.

then hold off of feedback until the very last moment and ding 'im.

Tried that once... with a seller I never received the item I paid for... it doesn't work. They left neg in return... guess I should have written that eBay sided with me when I filed a claim against him (sadly, it was too late for filing with PayPal)

Post those tells, so he can be outed. Also... if you are 100% certain it is recast from your creation you could file a complaint with eBay and hopefully they'll cancel his auction.

Here's my original sculpt next to the resin casting:

Notice the missing dots to the SE of the word DIVTOR. The original props had a continuous row, but some of my castings have a few missing pieces. Another tell is the little swirl in the very bottom right corner.

Let me know what you guys think. Thanks and

Kind regards,
Magnoli

You can get his phone number, address and email from eBay since you have a transaction with him. You will need his ebay id and item number, use this link here: Ebay Contact Info Request

I always get the number and call.

I did it on a pair of crocs due in one week. Told they shipped UPS and that I would get a track number. 10 days later no Crocs no track number. The guy was stunned when I called. left a message. Crocs showed Express US mail about a day later :D

Even just a polite message left seems to launch them into action. If the number is no good. Then file w/Paypal and mention that in the complaint.
