This looks pretty close, sans paint and tassels... and it's only $5.99.
Tudor TD205 Soprano Renaissance 2-Piece Recorder and more Recorders At Cascio Interstate Music
It's a Tudor TD205 Soprano Recorder, and while the linked image has 0 in stock, other sites such as Amazon seem to have them.
just ordered one from Groth Music. Seems like a simple, quick project. Then again, they ALL do, huh.Hey, good call. All plastic, similar to the Hohner AND I like the placement of the metal band better than the Hohner as well. Much closer to the uppermost finger hole like the actual recorder and a great price. Good find!

I'll tell you, they are fast. I just got the email stating they shipped it already! :thumbsupthumbsup
Might have to pick one up myself!

Just wanted to add that I have been wondering if the size difference is due to one being wood and one being plastic. Not sure if that matters or not.
Thanks guys! It is a tough call as I'd love to paint it but since the Tudor is so close when painted it sort of makes sense to leave this as is.
It is possible like Straker said that the painted recorder could have been plastic anyway. I know they painted/taped the sonic and then stripped it later but it does seem odd that they would have done that for the recorder. At least it seems odd to me. Unless the paint job just really didn't hold up at all, but still.
