Doctor Who/Torchwood Jumpsuits (Ood, Weevil)

Just wondering if anyone has any information on the jump suits used for the Ood and the Weevil costumes. Wondering if they're the same or similar?

And has anyone ever looked into the base costume, where one might find such an outfit? It looks like a standard auto mechanic's suit over here, but I'm going strictly by memory.

I always wondered where the weevils got their overalls from, I mean do they only have DIY shops on their planet ?
