Doctor Who Tardis Key - Reference Data?

Does anyone have reference data on the Pertwee, Baker and McCoy Tardis keys that they would be willing or able to share?
Or indeed any links to any websites with decent data?

I am not after creating keys, I just want to see any detailed diagrams with measurements to compare the various designs and replicas I have.

Actually that Deviant Art picture won't give you a good indication of scale. Reason why is because one 7th Doctors key is oversized and the other is undersized. Many of the other "replicas" in that picture are also inaccurate by a LOT as well. Only a couple of them are close to the actual props.
