Does anyone know anything about Doc Brown's binoculars in BTTF 2? From these pics, it looks completely production made, but does anyone recognize any of the parts?

I'm almost certain I had a pair of fold up binocs when I was a kid. Looked different than these though.

Looks like a fabricated prop to me. Unless its some kind of viewer/visor for something else.

I've had this on my want list for awhile. I have tons of reference pics if you ever need them.

I think it is fabricated but there may be elements of it borrowed from other things. No luck yet finding anything.
