DIY Costume Solo Belt

Does anybody have the pattern for the Han Solo gunbelt? I'm thinking of just scrapping together one for Halloween because Costumebase on eBay wasn't in too much of a bargaining mood, and his smallest would probably be too big on me anyways.

Any other ideas for getting a reasonable look-a-like of the gunbelt would be appreciated.
