latex cape. don't know the maker. it has A great shape but it's not IN a great shape. the latex that covers it is now sticky and it needs to be pulled into shape to prevent it to stick unto itself. so FOR DISPLAY PURPOSE ONLY, not wearable in the present form, but still looks great when set right. i loved that dude, it's the cape worn in the batman on a car picture included.
