Disney - Tiki Bird animatronic

I was asked to create something for the first East coast Disney convention in 2019. I decided on Jose from the Enchanted Tiki Room. This has already been completed but I was asked again to create something else for the next one. The 2020 show has been cancelled till next year which gives me another year to create something good to show.

I started by having a 3D head created and then printed. It didn't turn out so good so I ended up sculpting most of it. The body is made of fiberglass.

I have tried to make one of those tiki bird replicas but they are hard to mold. Would you willing to make an extra 3D print of the head and beak? I will give you money for it
