Differences in Stormtrooper Blasters?

I am thinking about adding a Stormtrooper blaster replica to my Han Solo collection and I was wondering if there was a difference in the stormie blaster that Han carried and the ones carried by regular Stormtroopers? If so, can someone please show me the differences so that I can make an accurate one?

Interesting photo.
The E11 in the photo has a seam about 1/3 of the way up from the back and a rivet where the two parts are connected together.
Could it be one of the blasters used in Tunisia with the solid rear end?

Probably, yes. To be honest ... i´m no big fan of these promo-pics, they just have thrown together for them whatever was anywhere in the movie, not neccessary that what matches together for a certain actor. "Hey boy, bring me one of the blasters out of the junkbox. So, and now ... Mr. Ford, please take a action or a cool pose..."

It´s a costuming site, you need to dig through the posts with costuming level infos to the rarer screen accurate prop level infos.

Tbh ... i don´t think you can/will find there anything that is not known here, too.
