I get too antsy and want to buy everything at once. I'm always thinking about these knives. That small saw was driving me nuts because I was worried I wouldn't be able to get one. At least now I can sleep a little.

yes it's a relief that bone saw is out of the way.I just got my clever in the mail today :cool.

How good did it feel to put it in it's spot? Getting the first one in the bag made me more crazy to try to get them all.

Has the R&D on the main kill knife stopped?
not till mid april as I was told
I should have my mill the first week or so of April, and I'll have the CNC conversion ready to bolt on. I've ordered all the parts, except motors and electronics. They'll be on their way as soon as paypal confirms my new bank account. Once I get the mill, It'll take a few hours to break it down, clean it up and put it back together with the new parts. Then the first test cut will be the kill knife handles, followed by the stainless blade after I get a feel for what the machine can handle.

Awesome! I have the Cleaver and Poultry Shears now. I have the 8" Bread knife, 6" Boning knife, and Small Bone Saw coming in. I'm holding off for a bit too, getting pricey. 5 knives total, half way there!! Up to about $300 with shipping already I guess.
Next up for me is going to be the 8" Chef Knife & 6" Chef Knife. I'm saving the Large Bone Saw & Global Spatula (another $200) for last and the Kill Knife when available.
WOW 300 posts already? I'd say 290 of them are in this thread.

Hey Pitbull, did your card get charged for the Small Bone Saw yet? Mine has a $71.00 charge, but no shipping yet.
I got my small bone saw today and it's perfect the only thing tom is that it's VERY hard to fit it in the slot the blade is very sharp.What I did was I took electrical tape and put it on the edge of the blade you will see what I mean it actually made it smoother to slide into the slot
