designing our finishing room, suggestions?

Hi everyone, new here. I'm just looking for some thoughts on a finishing area. We recently expanded our shop and are thinking of installing downdraft counter tops in our new finishing room. We also are wondering about ventilation, airlocks, and modular sectioning walls for on the downdraft bench, separating projects.

Thought maybe some people here have experience in other model shops or in their own. Thanks for any advice!

Nice looking area - I've been thinking about building something like this for myself.

How well does the downdraft work? I would love to spray in my basement but probably need a full booth for that.
