Design on Thranduil Sleeve

Hey,

Can anyone with some good eyes trace me the design on Thranduil's sleeve so I can I have an embroidery pattern? If anyone, can trace the design and blow the design up slightly so it can fit on a sleeve, I will be eternally grateful. My eyesite is absolutely terrible.
