Denix vs Airsoft for Han Blaster

Is there a general preference between Denix and a gas Airsoft mauser to build a Han Blaster from? Pros...Cons...from the board?

The Denix is the one you want to use if you're making an attempt at accuracy. The airsoft is the wrong model for the Han Blaster although I've seen some really nice replicas made with the airsoft.

I was really hoping for comparison photos of builds you had done.

Yeah, the metal airsoft Mauser has the dreaded selecter switch. The plastic airsoft does too, and it's a bit clunky looking (too wide).
