Question Deleted Visitor Messages?

I deleted a visitor message a while ago and I thought that it would be gone completely, but it shows that I deleted it. Not that I was hiding anything, but is there a way to remove the message completely?

Members only have the ability to "soft delete" which means it won't be completely deleted unless an admin deletes it. I have taken care of yours.
