Defective Twilight Zone Blurays

So I bought the Twilight Zone TV series season 1 bluray a few weeks back.
I watched about an hour of the disc band it started freezing up. AFter a while if got so bad I couldn't even access the menu.
So I watched a few other movies on my BR player and they play just fine, so i went ahead and returned the TZ disc to Amazon for a replacement.
The replacement arrives and it does the same thing.


I went online and apparently a lot of people are having this freezing problem with the TZ bluray disc.

THis really sucks...I've been waiting for TZ to come out on BR for the longest time and now their discs are defective.
What's the common action from the manufacturers on these types of issues?
Do they fix the problem and release good discs or do they just keep making defective dics?

They usually offer a disc trade program when the problems arise.

They did that with the BTTF discs.

I'd send them back to Amazon and wait for word of a solution.

Go to the blu-ray.com forums to check. They usually have all the info you need -- if not just ask.

I always check there to see if any purchases I want to make have any issues before I buy.
