I've been working like crazy these past 2 weeks to finish on time my deathstroke season started somewhere in July, I got a bit short on time and money, so there are quite a few things to add/improve (mainly the over-vest), but here is where it stand during my last con (this weekend) :
A bit thanks to the definitive Deathstroke season 2 thread and all its contributors, without them it would have been much harder !
edit : I thought I'd detail a bit how the suit was made, from head to toe
Helmet : theRocketeer 22" version with screen accurate colors
Under the helmet : standard ski mask with a neoprene mask (this : http://www.taiwangun.com/en/neopren-mask-full-black-8fields?from=listing&campaign-id=21) over it (very hot, but fits the SA look)
cloth vest : rain vest from a sport shop, with a modified collar (reversed, shortened and added orange piping) (not SA unfortunately, still don't know what they used)
vest : equestrian vest from ebay, modified (shortened the back, added the 2 front and 2 back straps going to the belt with the SA carabiners and SA fasteners)
over vest : scratch build from foam, pleather and the carbon fiber vinyl from the definitive DS thread. Missing the 12 carabiners on it, temporally replaced by standard fasteners
bandoleer : M249 airsoft shoulder sling, with three tan 40mm grenade pouch in tan (modified partially, still need to be shortened) and two latex gloves pouch as found in the DS definitive thread. Note : couldn't find 3 40mm grenade on time, so I left them empty for now.
Sword : couldn't afford a real paul cheng at the moment, so it's a common polypropylen bokken modified with a new tsuba 3D printed and painted the hilt white between the fake laces. Blade was also sanded and prepped for chrome painting, but didn't have time to do it.
Belt : 40mm webbing with painted cobra buckle and fobus dual mag holder on it (to be replaced by safariland dual mag holder)
pants : black anti static intervention pants from local american stock, not accurate but don't have 600$ for hard to find ralph lauren waxed pants atm
platform holster : real safariland 6004 holster for beretta 92 painted black (SA model, but not for the correct gun) and with carbon fiber applied to the platform itself
gun : tokyo marui chrome beretta 92FS, not SA but there are no replicas of a Tzigane Sport available
platform mag holder : chinese copy of a safariland 6004 with carbon fiber applied to it and safariland dual mag holder mounted on it
shin guards : some kind of police intervention shin guards from an american stock online (not SA, to be modified later)
Boots : mil-spec black combat boots from local airsoft supplier, most likely not SA
