Very sad news. Loved Stockwell in Quantum Leap. He was great as Dr Yeueh in Dune, Chilling and creepy in Blue Velvet and The Boy With Green Hair was a thoughtful anti-war masterpiece. RIP.

Decided to watch some Quantum Leap yesterday (streaming for free on NBC if anyone’s interested) and chose a first season episode called “Play it again, Seymour”

Got double whammied by emotions as that episode also featured another great actor who recently passed, Mr. Willie Garson:

I only ever saw Dean Stockwell in Stargate: SG-1 and Battlestar Galactica. My husband loves Cavil's "I don't want to be human" speech, and we both loved him shouting "FRAK!" before offing himself at the end of the series.
