Deal gone Bad with radion

Have you messaged him or emailed him lately? It took quite a bit of prodding to get my stuff, but I did get it.

Yeah, a bombardment of messages on Facebook with no reply at the moment.

I have his home address now, but I'm holding off using that as a means of contact as a last resort kind of thing... which unfortunately I think I'm nearing.

the sam ehere wrote over an over again no movement
i think its time for harder moves.
how can i contact from a foreign land the police with the fraud number posted earlier?
we should combine our forces now i think.

There seems to be a lot of people in the same boat. I was one of the lucky ones. But i have seen a lot of people asking him why he is ignoring their messages and what has happened to the items they paid him for on Facebook, now the posts have been deleted off his timeline . If he is so far behind with all these orders i don't understand how he has the nerve to post on other pages all over facebook advertising his items. Surely anyone with any morals would get the backlog out of the way first before taking on new orders. I've seen people that have waited a year or more and he always seems to come out with the same excuses to them. One worrying thing i did see was the way he was saying that its taking longer because it has cost him more than he originally thought and that he can't afford it at the moment. That seemed very suspiciously like trying to get more money out of these people by playing the sympathy card. Especially when, at the same time of pleading poverty, he posted on his own timeline that he had just purchased some concert tickets.

I'd say avoid him like the plague. Yes, i got the HiC eventually, but his casting techniques leave a lot to be desired and the casting of the HiC was terrible ( cracked, badly warped, the hand have no detail left in them and the fingers look like blobs of clay). It would be interesting to compare excuses he has given because, from what i have seen, they are always the same excuses; it got lost in the post, held up by customs, got lost somewhere, my girlfriend said she had posted them, the first cast wasn't good enough, i have posted them but i don't know why the tracking number is not being recognised so it might be a different courier, i can't remember etc etc.

I would club together now if i were you. You can only give someone so many chances.

That sums up all very good
At the moment I want to inform the police and my lawyer but from an foreign country I need some tips

Wow, I am a new member, and after looking through the forums trying to find those who builds props and costumes.

I am glad I can mark this down as one to avoid.

I have been in business for many years and can say that if I did this I would be out of business. Never take on more orders when you can not fulfill orders that are over a year old.

Sorry to hear that so many had troubles, especially dArtagnan.

He is in the Merseyside area, I would report to Merseyside Police via their online system:

https://www.merseyside.police.uk/contact-us/report-a-crime.aspx

It would be more effective if you could get all the aggreived parties together and submit individual reports in a short space of time. Include his full name and address and details of monetary values at risk and timescales. I would have all your emails and correspondence organised and submit them when asked for, don't inundate them with piles of emails first off as it will be death by admin for the poor tec that gets it. Keep it to ordered/paid this date, promised by that date, lack of comms since. They will request proof when required.

If they get a glut of reports on the same day it will likely prompt them to act quicker as there is less chance of the reports getting farmed out to different officers and it taking that bit longer to see the bigger picture. They should respond with a log/incident number, likely different for every I/P, use this in future correspondence and keep at them for updates, not every day but at least once a week.

he has astablished contact to me too
lets see what happens hopefully the last steps will be soon

He was logged in two weeks ago so he most definitely got to read PM's , read this thread and is just dodging people . Ban this fool!!

Reestablished contact again,
and got a shipping date for it the shipper called me to so maybe this has an end for me soon

I don't think he's trying to scam anybody. I think he's just that messed up, disorganized, and has bit off more than he could chew. I'm not trying to justify things for him. I'm just saying that a scammer wouldn't send out items to people, and several people have got their items... several months late, and after a bunch of harassing... but they did get them.

I agree with the above, and always have.

It's still a sucky situation.

Last contact I had, Michael said he'd be able to give me a refund of the full amount (£900) but the end of June.
Unfortunately that didn't happen and once again I'm not getting replies to emails or Facebook contact. :(

Pickup didn't happen. Again
and now lost contact again it's real depressing that this all is happen I organized transport he agreed talked to the company and again no pick up
