If possible try and have another person help you. Did you buy the stretchy fabric? If you did thats great if not it may be nearly impossible to stretch it enough to get no seams. Start at the top of the mouth and clamp the fabric on that gently go around the head slowly stretching it out to make it as smooth as possible. I had some troubles as well but did my best!
