Ok so im currently working on a Hawk costume from the dc titans show. Im having an issue and racking my brain alittle bit on how im gonna tackle the hawk cowl. I was thinking urethane rubber like a 40 shore but due to the dual colors on the cowl red/white that might be difficult cuz painting urethane rubber is a pain or so ive heard. Ive looked at pictures but cant figure out what they made it out of. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.
