I made a rough attempt at recreating the logo. I know that there are many issues with it and is not a perfect
match to the reference image. Since I couldn't find any of the original design elements, most of the details
are just passable approximations. Definitely not accurate, but maybe you can still use it.

Many thanks DB537 should work ok I had ago at Lois's ID my first attempt is far from perfect but this logo should look better on the ID though i'm strugling with the size of this id any ideas?

It might be 3" x 5". The font for all of the text is Helvetica.
