'Dark Knight' style Batsuit in UK?

I was wondering if any of you know of people in the UK who could make a 'The Dark Knight' style Batman costume at a reasonable price?

I would rather the maker be a member of The RPF if possible.

It's for a friend of mine who has been after something better than most of the commercial ones.
