Well,
this is a project that I have wanted to do for a while now,-- so it is going forward. I am working with a great knifemaker on this one.
The blanks are Damascus steel. The handles will be solid bronze and will be lost wax cast.
The designs on the blade will be done with a CNC or etching, we havent decided for sure yet. The blades will be heat treated as well.
These will be actually real sharpened usable pieces.

I am working on the molds for the handles now and will be getting the casting done soon. More pics to follow as it goes along.

That looks great. I wanted to do some Sword of Kahless blades from Damascus but I could not find blanks that were big enough.

Are you planning on offering those with the Damascus blade? If so, I'm interested.
