I'm making my dalish inquisitor, wearing the dalish keeper robes.

update: started with carefully "engraving" the leg things without cutting them. ended up with a few holes but whatever. battle damage.
just finished painting bracers and legs.
it's okay so far. im aiming for a leather texture for the leg things. c: (2nd and 3rd pic showing before/after weathering)

Day 2: made base part of the shoulder, elbows, the crotch decorations thing and cut out the hips. Also made patterns for the front cloth.

After a long break bcs of finals and stuff, im continuing my work.
So i repainted the metal parts. The pic is a bit bad, but the color is the same as the image of the staff(2nd pic). So it looks wayyy better now.
Ive finished painting part of the hip armor. I decided the green part is gonna be fabric,,, after wasting 2 floor mats /: Like the legs im gonna give them a matte finish so they look more organic. I made the veins with wood glue, bcs im poor af and can't afford fancy materials. Details with 2mm fun/craft foam.

aaaaand im currently stuck with the chest piece. Rn i have no idea how to paint it, and how tf i can make it so i can take it off again. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
