Following the method of Volpin, and even many of his advice, here's my helmet Guy Manuel
 
You did a great job, and you are not saying that this is your first work of this complexity! I'm proud to have you as a member of Spaghetti Prop!

I'm happy cause it seems that in italy nobody knows what propmaking is, but we are growing as a community and doing it at the best!

Having teachers like Volpin and all the talent in the RPF makes it a lot easier though! :)

You're too good Snow, however, thanks both for the compliments for the valuable help you gave me with all SPAGHETTI PROP.
 
After building a thermoforming machine, I made the visor, using part of a cast of the helmet, with the PETG 1.5 mm, 2 mm and subsequently more effective
 
lways using a helmet in the cast, I made a mold for the rear where the wires go, here is the result.
 
Cut out the visor and helmet placed on the first try.
Then I painted the shield with black paint for car headlights, and then I added disks blacks in the ear cones, and red and green LEDs.
