Cutting EVA Foam

What is the best tool to use to cut EVA foam? In my recent project I used a standard cutting knife that I got at Harbor Freight, but I am wondering what most of the seasoned veterans are using. Any thoughts on a hot knife? Even though I tried I didn't seem to get straight cuts. They always appears to be on an angle. Perhaps it was just my lack of experience. Anyway, looking for some advice.

It depends on how complicated a cut and how thick the foam is, but for floor mats, I generally use a box cutter and keep a metal file around to keep it from getting dull.

I use the folding knife http://www.harborfreight.com/folding-locking-back-utility-knife-90802.html that Harbor Freights has, has a nice handle on it and easy to change out razor blades. I also bought a 50 pack of blades at Walmart since I'm to lazy to sharpen the blade .

I just use a regular X-Acto knife with fresh blades. Goes through it like butter.
