Customprops Vader items?

I'm looking for a review on the pieces from someone who actually has bought them or at least seen them. I am not well versed in vader and want to put together a display. I am NOT looking to create a 1,000,000% accurate display, but I am looking to put something together that looks good to myself and the casual observer. They seem to offer many of the parts of the suit for what I would consider reasonable prices.

Thanks for your reviews!

From what i know of this seller he is quite a good competetive maker. he produces some rather good pieces and also has quite a reputation amongst vader makers.
Also it depends on what style of vader you want...

Reason for edit - was addressing wrong seller :/

I have their Vader gear and for the price and great customer service it's fantastic. The gauntlets on the gloves are a little big, but other than that I'm happy with it. The back of the suit is mesh which is great when trooping. It helps let the heat out.

I give them a So So rating.

The gloves are thin. At least the ESB gloves. Feel cheap. :thumbsdown The suit I have I like, and it looks better the more its worn. :thumbsup So if it only is going on a manny, it will take time to start to look right.

They pass, and at the moment, suit wise anyway, this is about it.

Cape and robe. Robe is OK... with mods, better. The cape I hated. :thumbsdown I liked it at first, but the bunching at the collar drove me nuts. Not bad made stuff as far as durability (save the gloves) and you said that you are not looking to be ultra accurate. Thing is, Vader will bite you. It did me. Next thing you know your buying more stuff. :cry

I made the mistake af trying thier cape and robe set..took forever and sucked so hard it was unusable..he tried again and made a second set that was even worse...never deal with customprops ( aka Claudio) again

try Fenixprops ( aka Lucas A) ..his capeset was much nicer as far as basic costuuming goes..both sets are miles from accurate

Mine is actually a Lucas A but at the time I ordered a few years ago they were still working together. I should have clarified that.
