My scanner is out of wack at the moment, but the base gun seems to be a Starr.

Very cool indeeed. One does have to wonder (in the original sketch as well as your fine interpretation of it) what the clip's function is, though. I would hope that it's the power source and the gun is an electrothermal/gauss type.
