custom patches?

Anyone know where you can get custom patches made? Looking for round patches maybe 5" max diameter, embroidered, and multiple colores.

How many? I got a guy who does them for $5 each with a min of 50. I'm sure someone here can do better though.

I have a retired couple that does embroidering and patches just to keep busy and even a single on is not out of the question and she is beyond resonable, as least with me...
