Custom Luke style Macrobinoculars

Okay, so the last ones, the ones above, recently sold in the junkyard!
Therefore, I'm working on yet another set of Macrobinoculars in the same style and feel, but not all the same parts.
Here's my progress, so far...
What do y'all think? I kinda liked the lenses on my last set a bit more, mostly because these have the shutter button attached to them. In order to remove that whole assembly, I'd have to break out the dremel and do some cutting.
I do realize that these are one of the lenses for the Luke Stunt Macros, so I'm hesitant to chop the shutter button assembly off.
What are y'alls opinions?

I think they both look great! If they're built in the style of Luke's binoculars, and not his binocs to begin with, so what if they contain some extra bits and bobs? They totally fit with the Star Wars aesthetic, perfectly!
I do think, however, that just having one shutter button would look really good. Two makes it look like eyebrows to me.

The first two are very fitting. Nothing screams Star Wars like asymmetry. Perhaps have one at a 9 o'clock position and one at a 1 o' clock position?

I'm actually googling around looking for an EL sheet kit like the one I put in my Luke Macros, but I'm not seeing any that look the same.
If I find something that'll work, I'll get it and install it, otherwise I'll just be selling them like this.

So, just waiting on some transparencies, then I'll list the Macros in the junkyard. Don't think I'm gonna do the EL sheet on this one. Just don't have the time or the money for that, right now. But whoever buys them will have an easy time doing EL sheet, should they want to!

I was lucky enough to grab the first set of these. They are incredible. Good luck on the sale and for whoever gets them congratulations.
Shoot, that's real nice of you to say, sir! I really hope you're liking them.
I did some extra work on these, that I didn't do on the set you got (I'm sorry, I still worked my butt off on yours, and I'm still so proud of them), it's just all a learning process and new ideas pop up that didn't before. And I still absolutely love the lenses on the ones you bought. I may have to do yet another set using those lenses again!
I'm watching several auctions on eBay at the moment, but I'm so short on cash, I need to be careful!

I was planning to at least wait until the transparencies arrived. Perhaps they'll get here in time, who knows?

Howdy folks, continuing my custom Macrobinocular tradition, I've just completed a set of "Stunt-Style" Macros!
Two different lenses for that slightly wonky look, a similar main body, custom acrylic lens plate, reinforced styrene transition box, similar color scheme, etc. I might have gone a touch overboard with the greeblies, but I like 'em.
These will be going to the JY!
