Custom gaunt blade top

all[/u] that heavy. Just an idea.

Indeed, you are correct. But I did want them a specific length, not necessarily P1 or AVP or otherwise.
I mainly went with a blade size that would be nicely proportionate to my frame and my costume.
Now with that said the blades aren't that heavy, but indeed heavier that "resin" blades. My blades
are made from Lexan plastic for desired rigidity and strength given length. Lexan in excess of 1"
is used for "bulletproof" glass in gas stations and banks. Extremely tough stuff! I had actually used
the 1/4 inch thickness, like I used for my blades, as plate glass in high security within my company
with amazing results ie. broken automobile floor jack on the side walk at front door w/ minor scuffs
on the Lexan. "Store Hours" vinyl graphics destroyed! Otherwise completely intact, can you imagine
the dismay of the ******* trying to break in? " "..................

have you tried playing with some other gears? gearing it big gear to small gear for speed

that would use the same amount of power but speed things up

we did alot of this kinda stuff in my mechatronics classes
