Custom Cut Corrugated Plastic

Greetings all,

First of all if this in the wrong location, please mr. moderator, relocate me.

Now I know this isn't for cosplay and that I apologize but I am desperate for some help with my front yard lawn decorations this holiday season.

What I have done is had my son (who is 10) draw some fun Santas Elves, which I then scanned into vector graphics on my "computer machine", and then colored them (he sketches in black and white).

NOW what I would like to do is scale them to "Elf Size" (maybe 36" tall?) and print them on a material fit for out door decorations (ie Corrugated plastic). THEN I would stick them around our very small front yard for some one of a kind holiday decorations.

QUESTIONS:

1. I am driving myself nuts trying to find someone who will custom cut the plastic specific to each elf and at the moment it is not easy. I have a scroll saw and of course various sharp utility knives......But is there somewhere out there that this creative crew knows of that will custom cut each elf?

2. Is there another, easier to cut material that I could be using?

3. Should I just cut this myself?

I built a 30:1 model of the front of our house, and printed out the elves accordingly so I would look something like the pictures below.

PLEASE any ANY guidance to making this a reality would be greatly appreciated! :)
