Custom Aluminum Box?

Can anyone make me such a box? Or do you have a suggestion on where to get one? It would need it to be 6 inches (X) x 4 inches (Y) x 2 3/8 inches (Z). The top of the box would need to be open and the bottom perfectly flat. Additionally it would need to be free of any holes or gaps, as I will be melting machine wax in it. I need this to maximize my working space on my milling machine. The less I need to change out the wax block the quicker I can make my toys. My current woring area is only 3x5x2.5 and I'd like the extra few inches.

I'd look at baking pans & see what you can find that may work. I would think you could find some bread/loaf pans about that size, and maybe if it was teflon coated it would aid in getting the wax block out too. Only negative would be the slanted/tapered side which would add machine time if you needed square sides.

i work with galvinized sheet metal....so you need it soldered correct? I have large sheets of scrap on the floor, let me talk to the foreman...he will only charge prolly lunch or something.
