Cross of coronado - finishing guide?

There are 3 "stones" on each of the four ends. the two smaller ones are pearls and the larger one is blue lace agate. The white long strips are Mother of Pearl and the Blue strip is some sort of semi-precious blue marble type of inlay. I hope that helps.

I have a bunch of progress shots of mine so far which I'll post soon.
I used a dremel to remove the built in resin pearls and stones to replace them with 'real' ones, added the blue marble (textured vinyl covered card cover from a notebook) and white pearl inlays (guitar pick guard), and also the thin borders between them using strips of styrene.
The cross is now ready for gold vacuum metalising. Once that's done I'll glue the marble and pearl inlays in.

Here is my Magnoli CoC (cast in heavy metal and gold plated). I installed real freshwater pearls and real Blue Lace Agate. Also real Mother of Pearl inlays. The blue isn't that brilliant as shown, much darker. The chain is an exact replica made by a member over at COW named Serenade. It makes this piece!

JediFyfe, that is one beautiful Cross of Coronado! :eek Who made the Grail Diary and Ra Headpiece in your photos? Looks interesting.

That is a Sulla Grail Diary (Sulla makes the best afordable Diaries). The headpiece is a Acme Artifacts. I replaced the center crystal with a Swarovski Amber crystal so it is transparent. Best headpiece replica for sale on the current market. It is gold plated and pretty detailed.
