My first thread at the new paper prop section, it’s great that all the paper props have there own section on this wonderfull board. It’s a lot more organized this way :thumbsup

I’m currently working on a small EAM indicator from the movie Crimson Tide, I think it would be great if someone can make this Emergency Action Message paper prop.

There is also a red paper prop in the movie with a code that authenticates the EAM, I’ll see if I can find a good screengrab of that prop.

I was going to create a new thread for this, but since there's a perfectly good, existing (albeit, currently dead) thread...

A friend (& coworker) of mine is a fan of this movie. He had seen some of the paper-props I made or collected from other films, & he decided to take a crack at replicating the "Emergency Action Messages" shown in Crimson Tide. My input on this was limited to some proof-reading/spell-checking, & I recreated the red 'Launch Code Cards' (also seen in the film) to include with his EAMs. He has graciously given the green-light for me to make these available for RPF member download, so enjoy. ENJOY, I SAYS.

***The only potential hiccup is you'll need access to Microsoft Word to open/print the .doc file. The .pdf, of course, uses Acrobat Reader. Now, just as an FYI, when I look at them both, the .pdf file seems to suffer from a slight degradation in image-quality (you can judge for yourself about that).***
