Okay RPF Friends,, So this is where I will post all these things related to this subject, seems like I do a bunch of everything form models to robots, predators, mask you name it. I have started a new sculpt also got all the eyeballs done I do have the pics of this all being finished in process also a pic of the new sculpt. I will post all this here in the morning or more evening Thursday time has got away from me today busy day in the shop and me old phone is needing a charge before it will let me down load so be watching for this post soon. Also some pics from the crazy art wall. Lots happening a lots to share be starting another robot soon. stay tuned more to come. Thanks

Okay RPF Friends, Got my phone all charged and seems all the pics didn't translate to the sd card and I try to get them onto my computer but something happened with that batch of pics. So I am sorry I have no pics this afternoon, but I will be back in the shop in the morning and will get some pics for Friday bummer so stay tuned lots happening in the old shop. Thanks

Okay RPF Friends, I am sorry to say I have lost all my pics from making the eyes to the sculpt start. So I sculpt fast and I don't know what happened but I do have some pics of the sculpt. I am not to happy that I lost all my pics on my phone mostly the pics of my grand kids. I am always making something so I will always have any of those pics, anyways I have been wanting to sculpt a ape I had all the pics up to this point to show progress so now the sculpt is close to being done the ears needs to be a bit bigger which I will do in the morning and now my phone is doing rite so here is a ape enjoy

Okay Friends, as I was saying the ears are kind of small I will add more size to them as the ape goes then I will sculpt the gums I will add teeth fangs then paint lots of hair will be then added which now that I have my phone straight I will be sharing the process, stay tuned more to come enjoy Thanks

Okay RPF Friends, I spent a bunch of time spinning my wheels today but, I did manage to get some sculpting done as far as the ears they are a bit bigger also got the bottom gums and teeth sculpted. I also went over the whole sculpt and filled in some areas that needed some attention then, I worked on neck some, this is only going to be a bust so here is progress from today

Okay Friends, this is some of my crazy clay I make its real hard to work with but it dry's hard as a rock and light as a feather just depending on the size of the sculpt. Once I get all the material sculpting stuff I need I can get busy sculpting the right way, I am one that love's detail and it is all about the detail's. I was having sculpting and building with draw's so I made me up some of my crazy clay. The eyes in this sculpt are some I made. I how ever been building a P2 robot model with one of my grandson's, I really didn't want to open it but he talked me into it, and they are getting rare to find oh well we only live once. Thanks TazMan, I have sculpted for some time now, I started with the old clay that came in all the colors oil base clay. But you my friend can build one heck of a model. Thanks again my Friend

Okay RPF Friends, I finished up the teeth and added a tongue, I am not to sure about the teeth I may remove them and do something else instead of sculpted teeth. I will have to see how these cure then I will know which way to go getting close to paint then hair. So here is the progress so far enjoy

Oh you can see a Johnny Five head back there on a shelf yep a project not finished, but I will be doing a Johnny soon but not that one.

Okay Friends, still a bunch to do still thinking on the teeth we shall see. Also I have been thinking on extending the brow line just a bit and might give the brow a bit more angle from the top of its head, it would have to have that angle for it to look rite, it would make it look more neanderthal something to think about. Okay RPF Friends, I wasn't happy after posting and seeing the teeth, so out to the shop I went and did some adjusting and they look better now but I still might change them we shall see. Also got a pic of a bunch of eyes. Enjoy

Okay RPF Friends, I did what I thought I would do I tore the teeth out and redid them and I am happy with the results, so here is what happened in the shop today Enjoy

Okay after all that did some clean up on the turn table then a coat of primer on the teeth and some gums sculpted in also cleared the eyes after some blood veins was added here we go again

So he seems shinny but that is a sealer which will dry dull I now have to let him cure for a day then paint time, stay tuned more to come. Thanks

Okay RPF Friends, Another day in the old shop, and got a bunch done. So I started out with a base coat and worked in color from there, and I think he looks cool all the paint is done so here is some progress, Enjoy

Okay Friends, next I need to work on the mouth, gums, and teeth. After all that will be hair time. I used a dulling spray on him and I don't know why but he still has a bit of shine may be still curing. the base will be black then after hair I will take him off the sculpting board, I am keeping him on cause he is curing and it is holding him stable.Well back to the old shop in the morning and finish up the mouth and then make some hair fly, stay tuned more to come. Okay RPF Friends, a very busy day in the shop, got him all haired up and got his mouth all done and clear coat to give his mouth a wet look. So here we go Enjoy.

Thanks Dark Helmet for the like, with this clay its really hard to get a clean crisp sculpt but things are about to change in the old shop, bout to get busy with a large order.
