Creative Force Darth Maul saber?? circa 2013. Anybody know anything about these?

I stumbled upon an old classified ad over at Rebelscum where a seller was selling a Maul saber identified as a Creative Force. I had never heard of these or just don't remember, but it looks pretty good. Anybody familiar with these and can tell me more about them?

I did a google search but came up with nothing.
