Cracking plaster problem

Hi
I am making plaster mold but I can see after few minutes from adding fresh and wet plaster some cracks in the shell . What can I do to avoid cracking of plaster?

did you use any cheese cloth, burlap or something similar when you were putting it on?

I used plaster bandage on the end of process . Can you advice me how to do it ? how many layers and how much casting plaster I need to use before will add plaster bandage ?

u need to use it in the middle, it holds the plaster together. i did it around the 3rd layer and every other layer till done
