Could someone compare Obi parts, Russrep vs Parks?

I know that russep is probably the most sought-after maker on here but where does that leave the other makers?
Is it like comparing apples to oranges, or oranges to tangerines, or apples to pogo-sticks?
I mean if Russ is a 10 then are Parks, Romans and others 8s and 9s or are they down in the fractions?
Does anyone know whether Parks has continued to improve his parts as new info has come to light or is he still selling the same parts he sold 10 years ago?
Are any of the parts interchangeable between the various makers?

Hello there,

Once the vintage parts seen on the lightsaber prop were identified and found in the real world Russrep and Serafino had access to them so they could be accurately measured and copied in metal. The identification of the Texas Instruments Exactra 19 or 20 and transistors completed the search. Rebelscum offers exact castings of the Exactra 20.

Sometimes with a little effort the parts from different makers can be interchanged. If you'd like to have a lightsaber as close to the original as possible Russrep/Rebelscum is the path to go nowadays + additional weathering off course.
