Alright so, I've got a progress thread running for the Solomon Kane costume I'm putting together, and most of it is going rather well. However, while in the process of taking to a few costume-makers, I find myself in need of pictures/information about some costume pieces from the movie to get them replicated as closely as possible. And though I've searched high and low, there seems to be absolutely no information, pictures, or relevant details anywhere on the internet.
How do you guys go about getting information on screen-used props and costumes? I read all the time about people having lucky connections to propmasters and whatnot, but without that contact, it seems an impossible task. While I'd love to just phone up the costume designer and ask, I don't think that's an option.
Also, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I really couldn't think of where else to put it.
