costume ideas

hello everyone i have been a massive fan of RPF for a very long time now it was only last week i was told sign ups were back on so i jumped at the chance
over the time i visited the forum but never posted i was amazed at the quality of stuff that every1 here turns out it blew me away great job every and to the admin for the forum

anyway

im from the UK (scotland to be exact)

i create a few props here and there im not a HUGE prop maker i mostly draw ect
my latest was a set of stormtrooper armour that i did a couple of months back

but my problem is i wanna do another costume just not sure what im at a total loss just thought i could pick ever1s brain for ideas

ive had an idea set on jack sparrow just for the comic value and that hes such an intresting chap

my main interest around films is pretty much anything im a huge starwars nut and that is in my DNA he he

im a massive fan of manga esp DBZ and the spawn comics. aswell as the new and old school superheros

but any ideas i can get from you guys to get the creative juices flowing would be a great help

Any chance of posting up some pics of your artwork and trooper armor.
IMHO i would choose boba,or vader. They are second in the coolest looking from sW.

Your choices would definitely depend on your physicality and on what movies/shows/etc. you're into. What gets you going AND is the right body type for you?

im around 11st 6 ft atletic build

thtas the things theres so much to choose from that nothing is comeing to me with a WOW factor! the guy that made the guyver armour made me just out my seat with glee but that would be v time consumeing for me im not looking to have all my free time consumed

"Wow factor" is terribly hard to come by without consuming all of your free time.

I'd suggest a custom Mandalorian. You can add better bits over time, but it wouldn't take forever to get it to the point where you could wear it. You could also convert it to a Boba later when you have all the pieces. Just my 2 cents.

Right!, I have lot's of free time on my hands, I use it for sleep:lol Isn't freetime like, "Jumbo Shrimp"? Gotta be one of those oximorons!

All kidding aside, a Boba Fett or a custom Mandolorian would suit you body type very well. And if you are good with your hands, making your own would save you about 2/3's the cash. :thumbsup
