Copyright & Trademark issues with selling this stuff

ok i know this is a grey area but can someone give me a little guidence as regards to the harry potter stuff as I've heard JKs leagal people are a little harse with people using the trademarked names and products etc.

There are a few items i'd like to produce myself and sell at a craft fair. any advise is welcome
