Converting RAR files to PDO files

Hi all!

I have downloaded some new Pep files for a future cosplay. Unfortunately, I can't open them on Pepakura Designer 3, Viewer 3, or even the new Pepakura Designer 4 or Viewer 4.
I believe the reason for this is because the file shows up as a "RAR" file. Does anyone know how to convert these files into PDO files so that I can use them in the Pepakura Software?

A RAR is an archive file, like a ZIP or similar. I use IZArc to unpack them:

http://www.izarc.org/

Inside will be the PDO files.

That or WinRar/ WinZip will open them.
